You can put things on the blade of a knife, but it often comes out unsavoury... ...unless it's good cheese. And no knife is as good for this job as a special cheese knife! It is difficult to find a greater variety of shapes and sizes among knives: Knives for hard, semi-hard and soft cheeses look different.
The shoulder-like cutters with a blade in the hole are ideal for hard and semi-hard cheeses. You can use them to slice e.g. parmesan and apply slices to a cheese plate from a cheese board. If you prefer to slice hard cheeses, get a very sharp knife for hard cheeses. Soft cheese knives, on the other hand, often resemble butter spreaders. You'll also find planers and slicers as well as forks and cheese blades. Do you prefer liquid cheese? Check out our offer for fondue cheese sets!
