We ship to the United States; however, please keep in mind that every shipment imported into the U.S. is subject to mandatory customs clearance. This means that customs duties are always assessed by U.S. Customs, regardless of the type of products ordered.
These fees:
are not included in the order price or shipping cost,
are the responsibility of the recipient,
are calculated by U.S. Customs, so the amount may vary depending on the product category.
The recipient will be notified by the carrier or customs authorities when the package reaches customs clearance and payment is required.

Dispatch times are presented on the relevant product pages, shopping cart page as well as on the order confirmation page at the checkout. Shipments within the United States are delivered in 3-5 business days, depending on the location. Therefore total delivery time = despatch time + shipment time.
When the order is shipped, you will receive an email specifying the FedEx tracking number and a direct link to monitor the shipment status.
In the event of the absence of the recipient from the delivery address, FedEx will leave a notice for the customer to contact them to organise a more suitable delivery time. A total of three attempts to deliver will be made. If delivery is not possible, the package will be returned to us.
If, due to any technical reasons, we must dispatch your order in partial shipments you will be charged for the shipment only once.
We accept payments via Credit Card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express) Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
Payment by PayPal account is processed via PayPal. PayPal uses SSL-encryption in the communication with FormAdore and Customer. SSL is short for Secure Socket Layer and is a security protocol which ensures that data is encrypted in the communication between the customer and FormAdore. It is therefore not possible for 3rd parties to intercept any credit card information.
