Bread Knives

Not having the right bread knife can be intensely frustrating when trying to slice a soft, fluffy roll, for example. In general, it is better to trust the professionals, i.e. bread knives. These are characterised by long blades with serrated teeth. As a result, they penetrate all types of bread like a saw and no baguette or rye roll can resist them!
