Gourmet Bread knife 20 cm

Main features:

• The serrated blade of the Gourmet knife is 20 cm long.
• The edge of the blade is symmetrically bevelled on each side at a 15° angle - into a V-shape.
• The ice-hardened blade is durable, resistant to absorption of flavours from food and corrosion. It is made from a single piece of specially composed steel.
• The handle is synthetic, well-balanced and riveted in 3 places.

How to use:

• The knife is designed for bread, sweet rolls or croissants.

Good to know!

• The Gourmet knife is suitable for the dishwasher. However, the manufacturer recommends cleaning the product by hand.
