WMF Yari Knives

WMF Yari pays tribute to the long-standing tradition of Japanese knife making. There are no compromises here - instead, there are blades made of forged 67-gauge steel with very high hardness. The dot over the i's are the perfectly balanced handles, which are made of Pakka wood.
