Could have been 5 stars, but the pan, bought as a second one a few weeks apart, differs in weight from the first one, noticeable when lifting - more than 5 dkg more when weighed. With such expensive equipment this is rather unacceptable.

Super products , I have expensive Demeyer steel pans but this is a different league, egg without fat , fish etc. There is no problem with cleaning, it's like an airfryer in baking - healthy, economical and fast. It may have a lifespan of 10 years, but a few years of such comfort is already worth it, what about pans for life with lifetime sticking problems and litres of oil for the body.
Whether the products met my expectations remains to be seen. If I still have them in 5-10 years, that means they have met ;)
I bought on recommendation. It is a good product but Demayere better. It heats up a lot quicker.

Solid in the hand, perfectly even heat distribution, absolutely nothing sticks. Worth your money if you cook a lot. It is better to invest in a frying pan for 300 PLN which has a 5-year warranty and will last longer with proper care - than to buy a frying pan for 50-100 PLN every year. It is worth noting that the manufacturer recommends oiling, just like cast-iron pans!

An object that is beautiful and functional and pleases the senses. It is truly a world-class design. I sincerely recommend it.
The foil in which the container is packed is imprinted on the lid. It is not very visible, but nevertheless Alessi should take care of such things. I suspect that the container was packed too early during production - the lacquer has not dried.

The product looks good, but it has not yet been used so it is difficult to judge whether it performs its function.
Good product, sometimes it clogs, just press harder. One star less for a fairly high price (usually I do not include the price in the assessment, but here it is exaggerated), the second star less for various details such as lemon juice leak at the end of use (hands stick), stuttering (you have to press harder , which leads to crushing of the lemon and side leakage), the need to keep the lemon vertically during storage (because it will leak) and during application (because it will catch air like any spray). Despite this, I periodically use (mainly as guests visit me, or I want to play in the kitchen while preparing something interesting). PS with such a lemon is not worth to rub the skin, because it can leak in that place.
very helpful product in the kitchen and I can not imagine salmon or a salad without lemon or lime haze ....

The block is well made, there are no metal parts inside that could rust. Holds 6-7 knives and has additional space for e.g. sharpener, scissors or ladle.

I knew this dispenser before because I had one before. I was very happy with it so years later I bought a new one. I highly recommend it, it is of good quality and also looks very well in the kitchen :-) I actually don't use it for soap, but for dish liquid.

Very non-functional. You have to wrestle with it to squeeze anything onto the sponge. Ends up in the rubbish.

The product is not comfortable to use despite following the recommendations of diluting the liquid into the dishes with water, the dispenser does not break, barely comes out of the leg. You have to use a lot of force to get out a drop of liquid, which may be enough to wash it but in case of bigger dirt the use is fatal.

It is worth noting that a standard mill (for pepper or salt) is only on one side, on the other side there is a kind of herbal shredder so it cannot be used in the salt+pepper configuration.

Hopeless, the egg falls through the hole to the bottom even though the water is boiling intensely. The result is an egg cooked the same as without the mould. Wasted money.
The eggs are good, but to cook two eggs you need a large pot to fit two moulds at once.
