The steel draining lid suitable for all Eva Trio pots (White Line, Stainless Steel, Dura Line, etc.) is a lid with a flat shape and two handles. The distinctive feature of this lid, however, is the integrated strainer with silicone lid, which will allow you to drain the vegetables cooked in the pot without having to use and dirty additional strainers or colanders. When straining the cooked ingredients, when the pot is tilted, the silicone part of the lid lifts up, allowing the water to flow out. The lid shown here is a practical addition to any Eva Trio pot line from the Eva Solo catalogue.
