The frying pan from the Copper Line collection from the Eva Trio range is an elegant vintage-style option. The beautiful colour, which the cookware owes to the outer copper coating, is yet another iteration of the Danish classic, the legendary Eva Trio cookware line. These pots, available in steel, black , copper and white, were designed by one of the stars of design - the famous designer Ole Palsby in 1977. The Copper Line collection is characterised by all the features typical of the cookware in the series. The pots, made of the three materials aluminium, iron and copper (hence the name Trio), have a timeless design, can be stacked and the steel handles, which are positioned relatively high, do not heat up too quickly when cooking. The Eva Trio pots can be used on any type of stove (including induction stoves) and can be successfully used in the oven. The Copper Line pot s are made of lightweight aluminium with a copper coating on the outside and stainless steel on the inside. The three-layer construction, as well as the natural properties of copper, ensure that heat is distributed evenly over the entire surface of the pot. Copper reacts quickly to changes in temperature and therefore also allows the cooking process to be easily controlled. The inner steel coating is very durable and easy to clean. Using the Eva Trio copper pots on gas stoves may cause the colour of the cookware to change, but will not adversely affect the properties of the pots. The pan shown here is suitable for an induction cooker with a diameter of 18 cm.
