Spring is a wonderful time when we can enjoy (finally!) good weather and are more willing to be outside. Take advantage of this moment and look to us for inspiration to create your own comfortable relaxation and regeneration zone on your balcony, terrace or garden.
Turn your balcony into an oasis of relaxation.
Big balcony, big fun, small balcony... lots of fun too! A magical corner of our flat, without which many of us cannot imagine life. Especially in spring. Particularly appreciated by residents of blocks of flats, but not only.
The balcony is a vent for bad emotions, a sanctuary of peace and a place to relax. How should you furnish it so that it fulfils its function in the best possible way? For inspiration and ideas, see below :)

When arranging your balcony, let's follow a principle as old as the world - from the general to the detail. To this day no one has come up with a better one :) How does this look in the case of the balcony? First the furniture, then the pots and finally the decorations.
In our garden furniture you will find plenty of suggestions that will work even on small balconies. Folding tables and chairs, benches, compact patio poufs, reliable hammocks - there are plenty of solutions.

Since it is possible to fly to the moon, why not invent pots that water the flowers themselves and take care of our plants instead of us? Wait a minute, such self-watering pots already exist! And the pots will work well both at home and on the balcony or patio. After all, there's never enough greenery (that doesn't wither away)!
But we also have something for fans of getting their hands dirty in the soil and dousing themselves with water from a watering can - more than 500 pots , covers and flowerbeds are waiting here!
If you don't know which one to choose, we recommend our magazine "Compendium of pots".

Large balcony - the lucky ones who have a large balcony/terrace at their disposal can experiment endlessly. They will place a table in the middle, chairs all around, a sun lounger in one corner and a garden umbrella in the other.
Medium balcony - here the reliable trio will work: a tableand two chairs. Or a table and a bench.
Small bal cony - don't worry, you can go wild here too :) How about a hammock attached to the balustrade? Or soft and colourful outdoor poufs? These solutions take up little space, yet guarantee a comfortable rest.

How about sitting down with a glass of wine on my terrace? Doesn't that sound good? If you are one of the lucky ones who can ask such a question, then make sure that your terrace becomes a beautiful oasis of relaxation, greenery and tranquillity. For you, family and friends who will probably decide to suddenly start visiting you more often.
Terraces tend to be larger than balconies, so here we can go more wild, although the principle of thinking through every element to avoid cluttering up the space still applies here. But we can still go wild with sun loungers, hammocks, pouffes, decorative cushions and create, for example, a Moroccan corner.
(It is always worth checking whether the material is resistant to changeable weather conditions, if not, we need to secure it overnight and protect it from rain and dampness).
The latest hit is also carpets for... terrace. Sounds intriguing, doesn't it? Outdoor carpets make balconies and terraces four times cosier! Such carpets look like their classic counterparts, but are weatherproof and much more durable.

It's nice when there's somewhere to sit, but when it comes to arranging a balcony and terrace, that's not enough. A balcony is not a waiting room - we sit on it to enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, to have fun, to relax.... That's why a balcony must not only be comfortable, but also beautiful!
The most popular and widely used way to decorate balconies and terraces is with potted plants. Even the most stylish rattan chair is no substitute for living greenery - fresh, charming, natural. We encourage you to read our magazine"Home blooms in spring", where you will find useful tips on how to arrange a green paradise in your home and on the terrace precisely.

Is there anything more pleasant than slowly rocking in a hammock and reading a book or watching the clouds flowing across the sky? Maybe there is, but we can't think of anything. The right hammock will even fit on a small balcony, so don't worry if you don't have a 100m terrace to spare (neither do we). Some hammocks need to be tied to the balcony elements, but some are freestanding and have a frame, so you can set them up wherever you like.
There is no smoke without fire - that much is known. But without fire, there is also no ambience. And the atmosphere on the balcony is essential! Especially on a summer evening, when the sun is slowly sinking behind the horizon, but the air is still warm... This is when the balcony becomes truly magical and atmospheric.
To add to the balcony atmosphere, it is worth investing in lanterns and lanterns of various kinds. A slightly more subtle solution will be the so-called "warmers", of course in suitable tealight candle holders.

Mobile so-called wireless lights are a wonderful invention. They can be taken into the garden, on a picnic, camping or on the patio and immediately make it brighter and more atmospheric. And we don't have to think about where to put the lamp to make it safe, while in the case of candles such caution is advisable.)
We love the Polish spring and summer, but let's face it - it's not Mallorca, so sometimes the evenings can get chilly. Secure yourself for the occasion with a warm and soft blanket and warming drinks (we don't go into whether these will be spirits or tea with lemon).
