Sylwia, who goes by obiaddlataty on Instagram, loves home cooking with a modern twist. When we suggested she create an ice cream recipe for us, she didn't hesitate to choose the vibrant Lekue fruit moulds, which were perfect for delicious exotic fruit purée ice cream. You'll find the recipe below!
1 ripe mango
2 ripe kiwis
2 handfuls of fresh strawberries
6 tablespoons of water
3 tablespoons of sugar
Peel the mango and kiwis. Remove the stalks from the strawberries. Prepare 3 bowls and chop the fruit into them (each bowl should contain a different fruit). Blend the fruits into a smooth purée. Prepare a sugar syrup in a small saucepan. Pour in the water, add the sugar, heat until the sugar dissolves, and then let it cool. Add about 2-3 tablespoons of sugar syrup to each fruit purée (you can skip this step, it all depends on your taste preferences). Mix well. Transfer the ready purées into the moulds and place them in the freezer for about 2 hours.
If you want to achieve the effect of colourful, multi-flavoured ice cream, freeze each flavour in stages.

Sybilla, whose pictures on the domekzalasem Instagram account brighten our day, prepared ice cream that looked so fabulous, it instantly won us over. The sprinkles and toppings make these ice creams truly irresistible! And the recipe? It's ridiculously simple, because the most important thing is your creativity when it comes to decorating :) We were particularly charmed by the doughnut-shaped ice creams made in Lekue moulds.
2 bananas (frozen in pieces)
300 g frozen strawberries
1-2 tablespoons of honey or sugar
Blend everything together, put it into moulds, and freeze.
250g whipping cream
1-2 tablespoons of icing sugar, or vanilla sugar
Any fruits of your choice
Whip the cream until stiff with the addition of sugar.
Then put it into moulds with the fruits. This is where your imagination can run wild.
Finally, you can go all out with chocolate sauce and, for example, nuts, almonds, or sprinkles.

Monika, whom you might know on Instagram as pysznieczyprzepysznie, loves to cook and has been delighting her followers for years with recipes for homemade goodies. She shared with us a recipe for ice cream that looks exactly like something you'd buy in a shop, but is much healthier! And that's despite it having cream in the ingredients. Perfect for lovers of creamy ice cream! Monika chose simple Nicolas Vahe ice cream moulds because she was captivated by the wooden sticks with the inscription 100% home made. This way, everyone you treat will know that the ice cream was made by your own fair hands (whether that encourages everyone is another matter). ![]()
Wash the strawberries and remove the stalks. Chop the strawberries into smaller pieces and blend. Set aside.
Place the yogurt, honey, and peeled banana, chopped into smaller pieces, in a container and blend with a hand blender until smooth.
Whip the well-chilled cream until stiff and add to the banana smoothie. Gently mix with a spatula. Pour half of the mixture into the blended strawberries and also mix gently. If the strawberry mixture is too sour at this stage, you can add more honey.
Pour the white mixture into the ice cream moulds up to half their height, and then add the strawberry mixture until the moulds are full. Insert the sticks, close the moulds, and place them in the freezer for about 3-4 hours. After this time, to remove the ice cream, simply place the mould under hot water for a moment.

Agnieszka, who runs the ulka_i_spolka Instagram account, is a mum and knows full well how tricky it can be to please children's palates, which is why she's prepared 4 fantastic and ridiculously simple recipes for us! All of them were made in amazing silicone Lekue ice cream moulds in the shape of pineapples. The brand also offers other fruit-shaped moulds, such as watermelons or strawberries. ![]()

Cream or yogurt-based ice creams are delicious and creamy, but true refreshment lies in intensely fruity, "watery" sorbets. Sorbets require minimal ingredients, are incredibly simple and delicious, and guarantee instant coolness. Agnieszka has also prepared two super-fast recipes for you, just in case things get a bit too hot!
Blend, do not sweeten. Freeze and enjoy whenever the mood strikes :)
Blend the ingredients and freeze overnight. Serve in elegant ice cream bowls.
We've given you recipes for ice cream that take 5 minutes to prepare (excluding freezing time)... but what if even 5 minutes is too long and you only have 2 minutes? Karola from guzik.prawda suggests that you can freeze literally anything in Lekue cactus-shaped moulds (even just natural yogurt with honey), and the ice cream will still look (and taste!) fantastic. And imagine when you drizzle them with chocolate after taking them out... sounds delicious! However, if you're looking for something a bit more intricate, here's a recipe for ice cream that owes its interesting texture to the kiwi pieces peeking through in places :)
Blend the yogurt and strawberries until smooth, add the kiwi pieces, and pour into the moulds. Place in the freezer overnight. Easy peasy, and you can eat them without a shred of guilt!
