Product description

Description

A bourguignonne fondue set designed by Stefano Giovannoni for Alessi. Bourguignonne is a French meat fondue variant eaten with hot sauces and red wine. The dish for the dish is made of shiny stainless steel, the handle is made of black wood. The saucepan stand is traditionally made of sturdy cast iron. A burner is placed underneath the dish, powered by alcohol or fondue pastes. The set is also ideal for the more popular cheese or chocolate fondue. The set consists of a saucepan, a cast iron stand, a burner and a stainless steel tray. The product comes with a recipe booklet in English.
