The Colombina cutlery collection, a long-standing fixture in the Alessi catalogue, was expanded in 2015 with the addition of the Colombina Fish line of cutlery dedicated to fish and seafood. This new, 'maritime' chapter in the brand's history is distinguished by its beautiful setting, featuring delicate scales adorning the handles of the cutlery within the collection. These specialized tools were designed in collaboration with culinary expert Alberto Gozzi, whose invaluable contribution led to the creation of cutlery that is not only beautiful but also perfectly suited for a table laden with fish, crabs, shrimp, oysters, and mussels, whether at home or in the most exquisite restaurants. The cutlery from this collection is crafted from 18/10 stainless steel.
