Gourmet Peeling knife 6 cm

Main features:

• The knife has a short, curved blade measuring 6 cm in length. It is sharply pointed.
• The symmetrical edge profile (which is bevelled at 15° on both sides) makes the knife easy to handle even for amateurs.
• The blade is made from a single piece of steel. It is ice-hardened. It does not corrode, is resistant to damage and does not absorb odours.
• The riveted handle has an ergonomic profile that is comfortable for the hand.

How to use:

• The knife has been specially developed for peeling vegetables and fruit.
