In addition, the fact that the lid does not need to be lifted and is fitted with a silicone gasket reduces energy loss to a minimum. The pot is made of Cromargan®, a material patented by WMF, which is a high-quality 18/10 stainless steel alloy that is easy to clean, durable, resistant to acids, rust and neutral to taste.
