In the closed position, you can additionally cook with a small amount of water, and the non-warming handles, the construction in Cromargan® - a material patented by WMF, which is a high-quality 18/10 stainless steel alloy that is durable and neutral to taste, the internal measuring cup, and the universal TransTherm base suitable for all types of cookers, including induction cookers - are additional product highlights.
