Steel or aluminium coffee maker? This is the question anyone facing the decision to buy new coffee-brewing equipment will ask themselves. Steel cafetiers which you will find on this page, differ primarily in shape from their aluminium counterparts. The latter are slightly more angular and massive, harking back to the classic look of the first coffee machines.

A steel café is an investment that lasts for years. In order for it to serve you for a long time, it needs to be cared for properly - absolutely do not wash it in the dishwasher! A mild detergent and warm water will suffice. Importantly, cafetiers (not only steel ones!) should be descaled regularly. Most of our range of steel cafetiers is made up of Italian, slightly fancy proposals, but there are also minimalist cafetiers straight from Scandinavia!
