Nordic Mini Christmas decoration white-gold

Christmas decorations have a long tradition that continues to be redefined - both by designers and those who create their own Christmas tree ornaments. The decoration presented here by Nordentoft & Secher Kau combines tradition with modernity. Made of ceramic and brass, it consists of a string on which a two-part ornament is suspended: a brass openwork medallion and one of three ceramic figures: a horn, an angel or a heart. Although the gemetric form of the ornament is thoroughly contemporary, the decoration as a whole is reminiscent of handmade paper ornaments. The matt surface of the brass and the white ceramic are confusingly reminiscent of properly folded and decorated paper.... Nevertheless, the Stelton decoration will last for more than just one Christmas, adding splendour to both Christmas trees and centrepieces.
