The non-stick coating Green Tek (the world's first non-stick coating free of PFOA and PFOS), on the other hand, allows food to be fried without the use of fat, while preventing it from sticking to the surface. A feature of the CTX collection is also the top-quality satin-finished stainless steel finish on the outer walls of the cookware. The CTX collection cookware is also characterised by its multi-layer construction, consisting of the following layers (from the outside of the cookware): 18/10 stainless steel, aluminium alloy, 100% aluminium, aluminium alloy, 18/10 stainless steel, ceramic-titanium coating and non-stick coating. All these layers, which are present on the entire surface of the cookware - both on the bottom and on the walls, ensure that the heat is distributed evenly. enabling better control of the food being cooked. The bottom of the cookware in this collection is suitable for induction cookers, as well as all other types of cookers. CTX series cookware can be safely used in the oven at temperatures of up to 260°C. The cookware from this collection can also be washed in the dishwasher, but this is not recommended by the manufacturer. It is recommended to wash by hand with water and washing up liquid, immediately after use (the easiest and fastest way to clean the brand's products when they are still warm). After washing, the dishes should be dried thoroughly.
