Product description
Description
The Bankers wall clock presented here by Arne Jacobsen, the internationally renowned Danish architect and interior designer, is a design that, although designed in 1971 for industrial purposes, specifically for the National Bank of Denmark, has primarily become an icon of Danish 'domestic' design. The appearance of the clock, which is currently available in four sizes, is faithful to the designer's original drawings and is mainly characterised by an interesting hour index, a red dot where the hands join, a white dial, an aluminium case and mineral glass. Thanks to its design and the way it is mounted, the clock seems to float in the air, which adds to its unusual lightness. The clock is equipped with a Japanese RHYTHM mechanism and is powered by a 1.5V AA battery (battery not included).

The clock is simply impressive! Quality workmanship like a jewellery workshop! Beautiful both front and back... Its case is made of brushed aluminium... That's why when you look at the back of the clock you will see brushed aluminium and beautiful lettering... This is a phenomenon! When most manufacturers treat the back of the clock in a stealthy way and make it out of plastic, here we have solid aluminium! The only drawback is the price, the 48cm clock is very expensive and definitely escapes the price of a smaller sibling...
