Ronon and Erwan Bouroulecc's first project in the Alessi catalogue is the mesmerising and memorable Ovale tableware collection. The simple form, the soothing delicacy of the crockery and the workmanship in stoneware, polished stainless steel and glass give the entire design an unusual character. The series is modelled on the shapes of a rounded trapezoid and rectangle resulting in a simple, traditional, rustic yet original look. The Ovale tableware from Alessi will suit modern, ascetic rooms as well as traditional, minimalist Scandinavian interiors in the vicinity of raw wood.
