The Moon collection is a series of platters available in three sizes and two colours. The shape and colours of the platters are reminiscent of the craters visible on the surface of the moon, and their cosmic, irregular character is emphasised by the visible grain, which the trays are made from birch wood. The Moon platters are best presented in a larger group. The decorative character of the Moon collection goes hand in hand with the high functionality of the trays, typical of Scandinavian design. The trays from the collection will prove useful as trays and platters for personal trinkets, small office accessories, cosmetics, jewellery, etc.
The bowl shown here, with a diameter of 7.7 cm, is the smallest of the dishes in the collection.
