The single Heim candle holder, which is one extension of the series started by the highly aesthetic quadruple candle holder, is part of the range from Normann Copenhagen, known for its love of minimalist design. Designed by Francis Cayouette, the object is intended, in the designer's own words, to bring a lively, warm flame into a room - the appearance of the candleholder is merely a background for the real protagonist that is the fire. The simple design of the object blends in perfectly with the porous cast iron, while the rounded edges give the candleholder a softer character. The original shape of the base and the charm of the irregular surface of the cast iron create a unique effect that is memorable and reminiscent of simple craftsmanship. Heima will go perfectly with Scandinavian interiors - accompanied by light, raw wood.
