The mug is made very solidly, the enamel covers the surface exactly. You can see that it was made very carefully. Minus for capacity. The size of the mug resembles a toy for dolls or a mug for children. It actually has a capacity of 250 ml, but only when filled to the brim.

I would give it 5 if it was not for the fact that it is smaller than 250 ml. Because this is the revelation :)
