Scent in a diffuser or a scented candle? Which to choose to make our home smell beautiful? We check out the uses, advantages and disadvantages of both products!
Aromatherapy is a therapeutic method known since ancient times. It is based on the use of natural essential oils for a specific purpose: to refresh, stimulate or induce a state of relaxation. Above all, the scents of flowers, herbs and seeds have an effect on the human psyche, making it react in a certain way - thanks to scents, it is possible to improve one's mood in a simple way. In addition, it is worth knowing that some fragrances have antiseptic properties, while others significantly improve the blood supply to the brain and stimulate the cerebral cortex directly.
Scented candles are an extremely popular method of introducing a beautiful fragrance into the home. A lit candle burns for a long time and envelopes the interior in a beautiful aroma. However, it is important to remember to only use candles made of natural waxes, fitted with cotton or wooden wicks, and those made with natural essential oils. Such candles are offered by Max Benjamin, Ferm Living, Meraki and Woodwick.

A fragrance diffuser is nothing more than essential oils enclosed in a glass or porcelain vessel, which are released through wooden sticks inserted into it. We are, of course, talking about diffusers that contain only natural oils - bathroom sprays or electric diffusers usually contain synthetic fragrance blends. For our health, however, only fragrances that come directly from nature are important: flowers, herbs and fruit. Such home fragrances can be found in the Lacrosse, Max Benjamin and Woodwick ranges.
