How to make crispy cream cookies?

Delicate, aromatic, crispy cream cookies are an idea for a delicious, sweet snack that will go great with coffee or tea. Just a few simple ingredients, a good pastry board and a mat, a rolling pin and punching tins are enough to enjoy the taste of delicious, crispy cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 2 and 2/3 glasses of wheat flour
  • 150 g of butter
  • ¾ glass of icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of 18% cream

Preparation:

  • Chop the cold butter and mix it with flour, add sugar, vanilla sugar and cream. Knead a smooth and elastic dough.
  • Form the dough into a ball, wrap it in food wrap and put it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  • After the above time, roll out the dough to a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Cut out any shape with cookie moulds.
  • Place the cookies on a tray lined with baking paper.
  • Place the cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 10 minutes.
  • After baking, put the little sweets on the cake cooling rack.

Oat cookies - delicious and crispy

Delicious and crunchy oat biscuits are among the easiest and fastest to prepare, and both adults and children find them tasty. Oat cookies are perfect for lunch or a nutritious and healthy snack during the day.

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of butter
  • ¾ glass of sugar
  • ¼ glass of brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 glass of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of baking soda
  • 2.5 glasses of oats
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation:

  • Mix the soft butter with sugar until it becomes light and fluffy. Add brown sugar, egg and vanilla extract. Mix it. Pour flour, baking powder, baking soda, oats and salt into a bowl. Briefly mix until the ingredients are combined.
  • Form walnut-sized balls out of the dough and place them fairly apart from each other on a baking mat. Gently flatten the cookies with a spoon.
  • Place the cookies tray into the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 15 minutes. Cool the cookies on a cake cooling rack.

Recipe for butter cookies

They are quick and very easy to prepare. These cookies are crispy and crunchy with a buttery taste and an amazing vanilla aroma, which taste best when accompanied by a cup of an aromatic tea. The butter cookies we offer will look beautifully on the Easter table, right next to the Bundt cake, poppy-seed cake or Mazurek cake. All you need to do is equip yourself with Easter moulds and tins, thanks to which you can prepare cookies in the shape of eggs or bunnies.

Ingredients:

  • 3 glasses of wheat flour
  • 200 g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 yolk
  • ¾ glass of icing sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Preparation:

  • Chop butter with flour, add egg, yolk, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and vanilla extract. Knead a smooth and elastic dough. Shape it into a ball, wrap it in food wrap and put it in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough to a thickness of about 3-4 mm. Cut out any shape with the help of cake moulds.
  • Put the cookies on a baking mat or baking tray lined with baking paper, put them in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Cool the cookies on the cooling rack. Finally, garnish them with icing and sugar sprinkles.

The ingredients:

  • 120 g of butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 0.5 glass of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
  • 1 glass of wheat flour
  • ¼ glass of potato flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon of baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/3 glass of coconut shreds

Preparation:

  • Melt the butter and let it cool down.
  • Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add butter, mix it up.
  • Add wheat flour, potato flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt to the egg mixture. Mix gently with a dough spatula. Add coconut shreds, mix it all again.
  • Fill the Madelaine moulds with dough up to ¾ of their height.
  • Place the cookies in the oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 12 minutes.
  • Once the Madelaines have cooled down, sprinkle them with powdered sugar mixed with coconut shreds.

Ingredients:

  • 100 g of butter
  • 3 glasses of flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 0.5 glass of icing sugar
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa
  • 1 spoonful of gingerbread spice
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of honey

  • 2 spoons of boiling water

  • Melt butter and leave it to cool down.
  • Pour flour, baking soda, icing sugar, cocoa and gingerbread spice into a bowl. Mix it all together.
  • Pour eggs into the dry ingredients mix, add cooled butter and honey. Knead a smooth and elastic dough.
  • Wrap the dough in food wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Divide the dough into two parts. Roll each part out to a thickness of about 3-4 mm. Cut out the gingerbread cookies of different shapes using the moulds.
  • Place the gingerbread cookies on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  • Place the cakes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Mix the smooth icing with sugar, boiling water and lemon juice. If it is too thin, add a little icing sugar, if it's too thick - add water.
  • Decorate cooled gingerbread cookies with icing. Decorating supplies that help with decorating sweets come in handy, including icing tools or decorating templates, thanks to which you will give your gingerbreads a phenomenal and fancy look.
