Candles can truly surprise us. You might think you know everything about them, then suddenly a candle appears with the scent of your first high school love or a wet dog (we might have let our imaginations run wild there). We’re not suggesting such radical solutions, though our candles can be surprising too. One thing we know for sure – if someone invites you to a candlelit dinner and then switches on the main light, something's not quite right. That's why we advocate for beautiful candles in absolutely every home!

Every interior has its own character, which is why we’ve curated products so that every space has a chance to find its perfect candle. A rustic bedroom, a minimalist living room, and a modern concrete patio will all find something here. All you need to do is click in the right place on our website.

The first thing that usually springs to mind is scented candles. We place them in the bedroom or living room, and soon the room fills with the scent of a forest, vanilla, or cinnamon. These candles usually come in attractive glass containers.
There are also decorative candles, whose main purpose is to look beautiful.
But there are also so-called tealights, which you can light in fragrance burners or float in water for an original effect. Currently popular are also massage candles, which contain relaxing oils. And even candles used for ear ailments, but that's a whole different kettle of fish.
Our grandmothers might sigh that life used to be simpler – there were vanilla, fruity, and, for a bit of festive madness, cinnamon candles for Christmas. But that's all in the past, because why have less when you can have more? New fragrances are vying for top spots in rankings for the most charming, sentimental, quirky, and surprising.
Close your eyes and imagine candles that smell of:
champagne and biscuits
bacon and fried chicken (vegetarians, flee!)
whisky (don't worry, no alcohol)
campfire smoke
motorcycle engine
cat whiskers (phew, there are dog paws too)
freshly printed newspaper
full moon (does the moon smell?)
football pitch turf...
The candles we have at FormAdore are always so tasteful and beautifully scented that you'd be hard-pressed to find better. But see for yourself, don't just take our word for it :)
Here you'll find all our candles (scented and decorative).

Well, we love variety, so here you'll find both understated white candles, perfect for that elegant candlelit dinner, as well as fanciful candles in multiple colours, with crackling wicks and intriguing shapes.
We also recommend our new arrivals – candles from the rebellious French brand Etat Libre d’Orange. This brand is full of freedom, unconventional and innovative. Each scent is a distinct manifesto of creative freedom that cannot be tamed; it can only be admired!
In ancient times, candles were handmade, primarily from beeswax (for the wealthy and elite) and animal fat (much cheaper, but certainly not for vegans!). Nowadays, production mainly uses paraffin or stearin. Soy candles are also very popular (they burn longer, are vegan, and non-toxic), as are candles made from coconut or vegetable wax.
And since the industry is developing so dynamically, it's sure to surprise us again soon!

Even the best car won’t start without fuel. The same goes for candles. What good is the most beautiful soy candle if the wick has gone missing? It may seem small and unassuming, but its role is beyond measure. So, let’s look at them with a kind eye.
We mainly distinguish between cotton wicks (round or flat) and the currently fashionable wooden wicks and those made of fibreglass.
A tip from FormAdore – if you love the crackling of wood in a fireplace, we have candles with a wooden wick, such as WoodWick candles, which produce a soothing crackling sound when burning.

Let's assume we already have a candle. But! We need something to put it on so it looks its best. That's why candle holders and stands are also included in the promotion.
Candles should look beautiful, but their other great asset is their scent. From the simplest to the most exquisite. If this aspect of a candle is key for you, then expand your thinking to include diffusers, essential oils, and scent sticks. They too can create a lovely atmosphere at home!
For some time now, atmospheric lanterns and lamps have enjoyed great popularity. No wonder, as they make it easy to create a cosy interior and garden. Just light a lantern to show the way to lost travellers and gently illuminate the space. Give it a try!
