When we heard the news about new arrivals from Huta Julia, we were convinced it was about more crystal vessels (which, incidentally, we can never get enough of!). A new line of glasses? Or perhaps an extension of an existing collection? Nothing of the sort.

This time

it was something intangible – scents. Fascinating, exotic, unique, sweeping us away to the world's capitals of fashion, art, culture, and design. Of course, encased in crystal glass – after all, these are Huta Julia's creations!

To what places do the scents of Huta Julia candles transport us? To the most beautiful ones! Rio De Janeiro, Paris, Milan, Casablanca, Oslo, New York... Each city has been assigned a characteristic feature that makes it so exceptional and one-of-a-kind. Exceptional scented candles are a new offering from Huta Julia's designers. Perfect for autumn days, when evenings become long, dark, and chilly (see our Magazine Good evening, for spending at home). The wax fragrance compositions are housed in ornate cut crystal glass vessels. In the manufacturer's own words, Crystals love the glow of candles – their facets come alive in flickering light, creating a unique atmosphere in interiors.

Huta Julia, the last Polish producer of crystal vessels, also took great care in selecting the fragrance compositions – When the idea arose for Huta Julia to create its first collection of scented candles, it naturally became clear that these could not be just random aromas enclosed in crystal containers.

Milan is a place where Italian elegance and sophistication are evident at every turn – from luxurious furniture to architectural monuments, from catwalk creations to street fashion.

Milan Glamour smells like rich, fruity-woody perfumes – a scent straight from the arsenal of Italian perfumers. The intoxicating aroma of musk essence, broken by the scent of orange and resinous notes of pine and cedar, is enclosed in a vessel with a distinct, geometric Art Deco cut. The crystal vessel of this candle is adorned with a rich cut – such as often appears on glasses and chalices ordered by customers from Arab countries, and the vessel itself is amaranth. This is how the Casablanca Passion scent is presented by Huta Julia. We would add that this spicy composition is truly made for those who know and love oriental atmospheres.

Huta Julia's scented candles are exceptional, and therefore deserve special treatment. To ensure they serve us not only for a long time but also optimally, it's worth remembering a few rules.

1. Trim the candle wick regularly to a length of 5 millimetres.
2. Keep the candle wax clean.
3. Once the wax has melted from edge to edge, extinguish the candle and allow it to cool before relighting.
4. Discontinue use of the candle when the wax level is less than 1 cm.
