Kay Bojesen
Kay Bojesen is a legend of Danish design. A trained silversmith, he only discovered his passion for creating wooden forms at the age of 50. He created animals that, despite the material they were made from, were delicate, had rounded shapes, and felt good in the hand – and what's more, they were incredibly charming. His wooden monkey even made it into the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and is still considered a classic of Danish design today.
