The moulds "sink" during cooking which makes it very difficult to take them out of the water after cooking without burning yourself (you have to do it with rubber gloves!). In addition, the egg whites do not "curdle" sufficiently and "spill" when you try to remove them from the moulds (I should add that the cooking time is correct).

Hard to wash, after 3 minutes of cooking the protein was liquid. For the money I expected something better.
