The knives from the Slice&Sharpen collection from Joseph Joseph are knives whose blades are made of stainless steel with a silicone coating. Their distinctive feature, however, is the sheath with integrated ceramic sharpener. This not only ensures safe storage of the knives in the drawer, but, above all, the constant availability of the sharpening tool means that the knives remain sharp and cutting is quicker and more efficient. The base of the sharpener is made of non-slip material, which makes sharpening easier.
The two-knife set presented here consists of a 21.3 cm long portioning knife and a 31 cm long chef's knife.
