- The Elevate set includes both an organiser in block form and 5 knives: peeler knife (small), Santoku knife, chef's knife, bread knife and meat knife.
- They feature sturdy Japanese blades and handles with a base so that dirty blades do not come into contact with the tabletop when put away.
- The organiser securely holds the knives upright with the blades downwards - thanks to a magnetic mechanism.
