Vitavit Premium pressure cookers not only have two standard cooking modes: gentle (approx. 109˚C) and fast (approx. 116˚C); they also have a steam setting which can be opened at any time.
The control knob with the integrated pressure indicator provides information on the pressure inside the pot, allowing you to precisely control your pressure cooker. The comfort grip around the hand ensures that the pot is held securely and the risk of dropping it is reduced to a minimum.
