The Piacere Pulcino il Grande Christmas decoration from the FaberJorì collection is an original decoration for the Christmas season, designed by Marcello Jorì after the famous Fabergé eggs. The decoration in the form of a chick peeking out from behind the egg shell, made of hand-decorated enamelled porcelain, will look stunning on a Christmas tree as well as on a festive centerpiece.
In the six porcelain decorations from the FaberJorì collection, Marcello Jori evokes the spirit of history, taking inspiration from the famous jewellery eggs by Peter Carl Fabergé. Designer and jeweller at the court of the last tsars of Russia, between 1885 and 1917, Fabergé created a unique series of nobly decorated eggs made of the most precious materials and bullion on behalf of the tsars, which the rulers gave to their guests and friends. Decorations by A di Alessi recall this distant past, celebrating high-end craftsmanship and placing the accent on abundant decoration and the finest decorative details.
