Rodrigo Torres' first project realised for Alessi. Ingenious, charming and elegant, the Chip paperclip stand is an excellent debut in the catalogue of the Italian "dream factory". The stand, in the shape of a small bird, presents itself perfectly both dressed with and without paper clips. Attached using magnets embedded in the stand, the clips look like the bird's plumage. Thanks to its heavy weight, Chip can also be used as a paperweight.
