The Italian brand A di Alessi, known all over the world for the uniqueness and originality of its designs, decided to tackle the task of designing baubles which, while retaining traditional materials (blown glass) and the hand-made decorating technique, would be different from all others available on the market. The solution turned out to be designer Marcello Jori's concept. Palle Presepe, ornaments depicting characters, animals and elements present in the traditional Christmas nativity scene, making the Christmas tree a living testimony to the birth of Christ. The baubles in the collection presented here are intended to enliven their surroundings, to make the Christmas tree speak, sing and move the people gathered around it at this special time. The baubles depicting Jesus, Mary, Joseph, the three kings, an angel, animals and the star of Bethlehem make it possible to create a dynamic, lively decoration in any chosen arrangement.
