Kitchen Craft Cast iron grill pan

The pan presented here by the English company Kitchen Craft is a convenient, handy and durable grill pan made of 100% cast iron (including the integrated handle). On its surface, food can be cooked healthily with less fat. The food cooked takes on a wonderful aroma and, when served on a plate, has tasty grill marks. The pan has a spout for quick removal of the collected fat. An additional advantage of this pan is that the cast iron holds heat for a very long time, which - once heated - allows less energy to be used and the food served to the table stays hot for a long time. It can be used on all types of cookers and in ovens up to 200oC.
The pan should be washed by hand with warm water using a dishwasher or brush, and after washing, it should be wiped dry and then lightly oiled.
