Julienne Slicer

The Julienne slicer by Microplane allows you to cut vegetables in several different ways. Quick, easy and fun.

Main features:

• With the slicer you will cut vegetables into slices of your choice of thickness: very thin (~0.8 mm), medium (~1.5 mm) and thick (~3 mm). The thickness is set using the dial.
• You can quickly change to a different blade for julienne-type vegetable slicing. It is located on the back of the slicer, ready to be attached and used at any time.
• The handle is easy to grip and does not slip out of your hand. It ensures safe use.
• The product is very resistant to pressure.

How to use:

• The Julienne slicer is designed for slicing hard vegetables into posts and slices.
• It is ideal for cucumbers, carrots or courgettes, among others.
