    nice product. if I want to chop finely and quickly and I do not care about the appearance of what I'm just chopping (eg onion for sauce), this is the perfect :) hands very comfortable. I do not understand the opinion that it is made during chopping - after all you have to hold the knife for both handles :) I wash my knife in the dishwasher - nothing happens to it.
