We do not add milk or cream to our Turkish coffee.
Try your hand at making Turkish-style coffee today. It takes a little longer than pressing a button on the coffee machine, but we promise it will be worth it.
Prepare a small pot with a handle - a copper pot is best. Pour cold water into it and pour in the fresh coffee. In this case, the beans must be ground extremely fine, their consistency should resemble flour. Keep the pot on the heat, waiting for the foam to appear. Take it off the cooker so as not to bring it to the boil, then place it back on the hot burner - repeat three times. Now wait patiently for the grounds to settle. Voilà - Turkish-style coffee is ready! This brew is extremely strong and thick. Optionally, you can spice it up with, for example, cardamom.
Freshly ground coffee guarantees the drink's unique flavour and aroma.
You can also prepare your morning beverage in a french press. The simplicity of its design translates into ease of use. It is a cylindrical jug with a piston inside and a sieve at the end. All you have to do is pour the coffee into it, pour in hot water and wait three minutes. The beans should be ground quite coarsely - fine beans could clog the sieve, in which case the coffee will not flow through the mesh. When the brew is ready, place the lid on the pot and then press down on the plunger in a steady motion .
The French Press brings out the full flavour of the coffee. However, it is important not to leave the beverage in the pot for too long, as it can become astringent and too bitter. The French Press is best suited to larger groups, when the coffee can be poured into cups straight away.

The third way is to use a coffee machine. This inconspicuous device, also known as a 'moka pot', is making a big comeback in our kitchens. The moka pot works by using pressure and allows for the preparation of a truly exquisite espresso with a strong flavour and aroma. When brewed correctly, the brew is characterised by a gentle bitterness. Before buying a moka pot, decide which material suits you better - aluminium moka pots are a little problematic to care for, as they cannot be washed with detergents. Their retro spirit, on the other hand, harkens back to the first designs with their iconic, angular shapes. Steel moka pots, on the other hand, have more 'rounded' shapes and can be washed with detergents. Please note that if you have an induction hob in your kitchen, you will need to choose a special moka pot for induction.
Coffee makers look great, especially Italian ones, so on occasion it will also be a great decoration. Before using it, the coffee beans should be ground to a medium coarseness, in such a way that they resemble sand to the touch.

We have also prepared something for lovers of modern solutions - coffee drippers. This is a glass jug over which a very thick metal sieve is placed. After pouring the coffee into the sieve, it is poured over hot water from the kettle. The slow filtration of the dripper cleans the drink of grounds and ensures the ideal brewing level. After a few minutes, the finished coffee can be poured into cups.
Also get to know the hugely popular Chemex brewer - it is the dark horse in the world of café novelties. This hourglass-shaped glass coffee pot boasts the title of one of the 100 best-designed vessels. It allows the brewed coffee to be prepared quickly and then served easily. It certainly stands out for its original design - simplicity combined with originality.
And now for something truly surprising - Cascara. It is a coffee that is... tea! Or, more precisely, it is sometimes called coffee cherry tea. These are the skins of the coffee tree, which for years were considered production waste. Meanwhile, the taste of the infusion made from them is extraordinary, and their only downside is their poor availability. Cascara should be brewed in a French Press pot or simply pour hot water from a kettle. We can experiment with the proportions - the intensity of the drink depends on the sensitivity of our palate.
And what about after the coffee has been brewed? Serving, of course, preferably in a beautiful coffee cup. Espresso is best served in a tiny espresso cup and lattes in special tall caffe latte glasses.
