Sleep is very important for health and well-being, so the bedroom should be that enchanted place where we rest best. Our campaign is full of products to furnish your dream bedroom. We promise you won't fall asleep while browsing!
How important it is to have a comfortable sleeping position? Everyone who has slept on an uncomfortable pillow at least once and then woken up feeling all twisted into a figure eight knows the importance first hand. That's why the right choice of pillow is not such a hop, skip and jump. But once chosen, it will allow you to congratulate yourself every night on the right choice.
How do I choose my pillow?
First of all, the pillow should support your cervical spine and head in such a way that your muscles can relax and your breathing can flow freely. The cervical spine (when lying on your side) should be in a straight line, and when lying on your back, your face should be parallel to the ceiling - if your head leans back, it means that the pillow is either too low or too high.
Not everyone pays attention to this, but it's a good idea to match the softness of your pillow to the softness of your mattress. If you have a hard pillow and a hard mattress, it won't sink in, but it will put more pressure on your body. A soft pillow and a soft mattress, on the other hand, will sink into each other. Therefore, as with everything, you need to find the perfect balance!

You might think that a duvet is just a duvet. But not necessarily. We can divide duvets into:
winter duvets, summer duvets and all-season duvets.
Summer duvets are lightweight, usually thinner and airy. They also wick away moisture well. Winter duvets, on the other hand, are thicker, heavier and therefore much warmer. Also currently in fashion are weighted duvets, also known as sensory duvets, which support the body with sleep problems, anxiety syndromes and ADHD due to their evenly distributed weight.
When looking for the perfect duvet, another parameter to consider is the filling. Here we have a choice of many, modern synthetic fillings or traditional down fillings. In the case of Down, however, it must be remembered that it must be properly cared for and replaced every few years. Washing such a duvet also often requires specific conditions.
For allergy sufferers, on the other hand, a synthetic duvet is recommended, which can be washed in the washing machine without any problems.
On the market, you will find a great variety of bed linen in different materials, designs and sizes. To help you get to grips with it all, we suggest you pay attention to a few things:
material - the best bedding is that which is made of natural, not artificial materials, i.e. cotton, silk, linen or wool (it warms up better). Such bedding is hypoallergenic, does not wear out so quickly, the print does not rub off and allows the skin to breathe.
grammage - this is not an obvious parameter, but it is worth thinking about. The rule of thumb is simple, the higher the grammage (i.e. the thread is thicker and the weave is denser), the more durable our duvet is. The exception is cotton satin bedding, which has the advantage of just a thinner yarn to make the material as soft as possible.
size - the wrong size of bedding can be quite annoying. Pillowcases that are too big will cause the duvet and pillow to move and curl in an undesirable way, and we don't want that in the end, do we?

A bedspread, as the name suggests, is simply thrown over the bed to decorate it nicely, tidy it up and cover up any mess ;) Of course, there are bedspreads not only for the bed, but also for the armchair or the sofa, but this time we are most interested in the bedroom ones. Find out how to choose the right bedspread for your bed here.

And if the question of what's the difference between a bedspread and a bedspread keeps you up at night, we know how it is! That's why we've written a post about it so that this weighty problem won't keep anyone awake at night anymore :)
Whether we get enough sleep affects our entire next day. If we get too little sleep, we are likely to be tired, distracted and irritable. Our body will not regenerate properly, and our risk of high blood pressure, depression and heart disease will increase.
And our colleagues and family are unlikely to appreciate the fact that we are out of sorts all day, so we'd better get a decent night's sleep ;)
There are, of course, many recipes for a good night's sleep, and we have chosen some that everyone can follow without too much difficulty. Here they are!
