Gourmet Chef's knife

The chef's knife from the Gourmet collection by Zwilling is a versatile kitchen tool with an extremely wide range of applications. It ensures pleasant and precise work.

• The chef's knife is characterised by a smooth blade made from a single piece of material. It is both robust and flexible.
• The edge of the blade has a symmetrical shape - it has been bevelled on both sides at an angle of approximately 15°.
• It does not corrode and, thanks to the ice-hardening process, is very durable. It also does not absorb odours.
• The riveted handle fits perfectly in the hand.

How to use:

• The chef's knife is suitable for meat and fish as well as vegetables or herbs.

Good to know!

• The knife is suitable for the kitchen dishwasher. However, Zwilling recommends cleaning it by hand.
