The PermaDur Excellent frying pan by WMF is made of aluminium coated with the non-stick ceramic coating CeraDur. Thanks to this coating, frying with this pan requires little fat and there is no risk of the food sticking to the surface of the pan. So if you fancy a steak but are watching your figure, you can fry it in a dietary manner. The pan is also suitable for a variety of dishes - with vegetables or seafood, as well as scrambled eggs or shakshuka. The pan has an ergonomic, heat-resistant handle, making it comfortable to use. It is suitable for cooking food at temperatures of up to 400°C. The PermaDur Excellent frying pan is available in three sizes: 20 cm, 24 cm and 28 cm in diameter.

It can be used in the oven up to 70°C.
