Not recommended. The only advantage of the Cone pepper shaker and salt cellar is its nice and original design. However, these items are completely non-ergonomic and non-functional. Filling them with salt/pepper requires the patience of a Buddhist monk (that's why you probably won't find an instructional video anywhere on the web!) - you fill them by pouring them through the same hole you use for salt/pepper (you wouldn't want to fill any salt shaker in such a way, and one that has only one small hole in particular). They are only suitable for very finely ground salt/pepper (larger grains will not go through the hole). It is too much form over substance. I bought it, I regret it, I will not use it.
