The founding of the OYOY brand was a natural step in the artistic journey of Lotte Fynboe, who always knew she wanted to be an independent designer. Her journey began during her studies in product and furniture design. Many of the designs she created at that time became part of the first collection, which the brand presented in January 2012. Some of them are still available today, a testament to their timelessness and versatility.

Lotte always put family first, and this conviction became the heart of her design philosophy. She believes that a home is not just four walls, but primarily a place filled with love, happiness, and a sense of community. Her inspirations come from countless sources:
