A cake preparation and baking mat made of silicone and fibreglass. This combination of materials ensures that the dough does not stick to the surface and that the mat itself is easy to clean. The two-coloured surface of the mat, due to its non-stick properties, works very well for kneading and baking dough. The fact that the silicone used in the production of the mat can withstand temperatures of up to 260°C makes the mat ideal for baking even at higher temperatures. The solution of combining the baking mat and the board makes it unnecessary to carry out the risky transfer of thin doughs (e.g. pizza top, phyllo dough or puff pastry) from the board to the baking tray.
