The Gourmet moulds from the Spanish company Lekue have been created from high-quality, soft and flexible and safe platinum silicone. Designed for professional use, they will also be appreciated by amateur culinary enthusiasts. Platinum silicone can be used in a wide range of temperatures, and its non-stick surface allows for easy separation of the baked goods from the mould.
