Description
The round ceramic grater by Kyocera is a particularly practical and intriguing device. The grater presented here has the form of a saucer with a ceramic grater located in the centre of the vessel. Thanks to the material and specific construction, the lemon peel, garlic, ginger, nutmeg, or crushed dry herbs will be easily accessible and exceptionally aromatic. The silicone pad prevents the grater from slipping on the countertop.
The ceramic used in Kyocera products is 10 times harder than metal, does not rust and, most importantly, is chemically inert and does not react with acids, alkalis or oils present in food. As a result, vegetables and fruit that are grated and cut with Kyocera brand tools retain their flavour, colour and vitamins.

For lovers of garlic with oil, salt and chilli or herbs, an essential toy. No press can replace the pleasure of smelling grated garlic. And you can scoop out the oil with a baguette straight from the "moat".

I was looking for a glass grater but a sharp one. I couldn't find one and came across this model and the good reviews about it. So I purchased it and I confirm that it is an excellent choice. Sharp, well made, meets my expectations 100%, and I must add that I am a demanding customer. It grinds vegetables and fruit, knob and ginger. I sincerely recommend this grater. I bought another one for presents :)

For now I have a small tarka. She is brilliant. It is not my first teak of this type, but it is definitely the best. I often ginger ginger to squeeze the juice out of it, and tuy, thanks to a well-designed "moat" and a relatively small friction surface, it goes great. I'm washing successfully in the dishwasher. I plan to buy a larger one, for larger quantities of ginger and for other vegetables.
