Kilner Sprout greenhouse

Instructions for using the Kilner brand germinator: Soaking the seeds: pour your chosen seeds (e.g. pumpkin, chickpeas, peas or wheat) into the jar. Pour cold water over them and leave to soak for approximately 12 hours. Strain: After the soaking time has elapsed, strain the seeds using a steel strainer. Sprouting: Stir the seeds gently, then set the jar on a ceramic stand at a slight angle to allow excess water to drain and air to circulate. Rinse and strain the seeds 2-3 times a day, draining thoroughly each time. Harvesting: After a few days (usually about a week) the sprouts will be ready to eat. Store them in the fridge and consume within a few days.
