The Kilner manual butter whisk will allow you to prepare 110g of butter from 300ml of cream. The product consists of a 1 litre jar and a crank mechanism. The beater is easy to use and it takes about 10 minutes to prepare the butter with it. Simply pour the cream (preferably homemade or with a fat content of 30%) into the jar and add a pinch of salt. Then cap the jar and turn the crank until the buttermilk separates. Pour off the buttermilk and transfer the finished butter to a bowl of cold water, where it is then kneaded like a dough. After pouring off the resulting buttermilk and forming cubes, the homemade butter can be stored in the fridge for a week.
