Kähler
To write that Kähler is a brand with tradition is far too little. It has been 180 years (sic!) since the first Kähler vase was turned on the potter's wheel. The ceramic workshop founded in the Danish town of Næstved grew quickly; so quickly that the brand's fame went beyond the country's borders, and as early as 1889 it appeared at the World Exhibition in Paris in the company of, among others, the Eiffel Tower! The Kähler workshop was an open and friendly place where many Danish artists such as Thorvald Bindesbøll, Svend Hammershøi and Kai Nielsen met.
